 If an item is physically out of stock when picking your order in the warehouse, we will fulfill what is currently available and automatically refund the missing item. Shipping charges will not be partially refunded.

• USPS First Class = Up to 5 transit days // USPS Priority Mail = 3 transit days max
• Order processing takes up to 3 business days before getting shipping confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Rugged Warrior Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is delivered without a signature required.
• Rugged Warrior Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters or due to high volume shipping.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded due to these carrier delays. 

International Shipping

Upon selecting USPS First-Class International you accept and assume the risk that your order may take months to deliver and have no tracking. We will not refund you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to local carrier.

Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.

Unfortunately, USPS is experiencing delays across their network, including updated tracking information. Many packages have been delayed due to the recent closures, limited staff and working hours, as a result of COVID-19.
